Objectives and priorities (summary)
- Promote mobility and exposure of artists and their works
- Promote development for emerging talents
- Engage in a business to consumer approach, prioritising emerging artists’ visibility and recognition
- To increase visibility and recognition for artists and creators by implementing media activities and branding strategies
- To engage with audience development with innovative approaches and information technologies
- To dynamize European cultural activities such as tours, events, exhibitions, festivals, etc.

- The financial model is co-funding
Eligibility Criteria
- Networks with at least 1 co-ordinator and 10 members
- Established in a minimum of 10 different countries
- At least five of these countries should be:
EU members and EFTA countries (Iceland and Norway). The list of eligible countries can be consulted on the Commission's website. - The platform co-ordinator submitting the application should have at least two years of legal existence
- Platform members must have promoted at least 30% of emerging artists in their last 12 months of activity.

Co-funding
- Co-funding percentage: 80%
- The maximum amount of co-funding is €500,000 per year
- Percentage paid 30 days after entering into the contract: 70%
- The approved amount will correspond only to the first year of the project. Each following year will be financed according to an yearly evaluation of the activities’ compliance with the initial criteria
- The financial plan should not exceed an yearly 60,000€ per platform member
