Participating Countries

Candidates from the following countries are eligible to apply for the Creative Europe programme:

• EU members
• EU candidate countries
• EFTA countries (only Iceland and Norway)
• Countries that are part of the European Neighbourhood Policy (please note that the participation of these countries depends on the signing of a specific agreement with the EU. The current list of eligible countries can be found on the European Commission's website).
