With the aim of strengthening the capacity of the audio-visual sector, MEDIA has the following objectives:
To increase skills and create networks by specifically encouraging the use of digital technologies for the necessary adaption to market developments;
To increase the creativity of audiovisual operators in relation to their works with potential for distribution in Europe and beyond and to create European and international co-productions, including television companies;
To stimulate interaction between companies in order to allow audiovisual operators access to markets and business tools for increasing the visibility of their projects in European and international markets.
