The idea behind this line of funding is based on the notion that networks play an important role in bridging European cultural agents that are scattered across their home nations. These networks help to overcome the challenges that these sectors face, with initiatives focused on awareness raising and knowledge-sharing, taking cultural agents to a path towards a favourable environment.
